Prior NoticeBefore the constitution may be amended, an
announcement of this intent must be given at a regularly
scheduled meeting. The vote to amend will occur at the next
regularly scheduled meeting. A final version of the proposed
amendment must be made available to math club members at least 5
days before the vote takes place.
Voting On AmendmentsProvided prior notice has been
given, and a quorum is present, a vote to amend may occur at any
regularly scheduled meeting. Amendment requires a three-fourths
majority vote of assembled members.
