Article VII. Meetings


  1. Frequency
    Meetings shall be conducted on a regular basis at least once every two weeks while school is in session. The time and dates of regular meetings shall be decided by simple plurality approval vote at any regular meeting. Notice of intent to vote on meeting time must be given at least 3 days in advance. Owing to the nature of a vote to change meeting time, memebers who are unable to come to the meeting may register their vote with an officer who will be in attendance any time before the meeting. The location of meetings will be arranged by the President and Vice-President.
  2. Special Meetings
    Special meetings may be called by the President or Vice-President at any time. Official business may not be conducted at special meetings.
  3. Quorum
    A quorum shall consist of 10% of members, rounded up, or four members (whichever is greater).
