Mathematical Poster and Model Contest

Mathematics Awareness Week was April 21-27, 1996 with the theme "Mathematics and Decision Making". In preparation for this week of mathematical celebration, WSU's Mathematics Department sponsored its Seventh Annual Mathematical Poster and Model Contest for regional students in Kindergarten through 12th grade. There were 131 entries this year. Winners are as follows:

Kindergarten-2nd Grade
