Notion of Orthogonality over Finite Fields
Abstract: Many techniques developed using orthogonality in the real number system have natural analogues when working over the finite fields. Others do not. In this talk I will discuss the opportunities and challenges associated with defining the notion of an "inner product'' over the finite fields.
