Download the file KlamathKenoMonthly.py and import it into your Python script. You should find that you have an array of data. The array is named data. The first three columns do not really matter today. The fourth and fifth columns represent the year and month of the river flow measurement given in column six, in cubic feet per second. Create a new array composed of annual average flows for each year of the data, and plot those data using stars (pentagrams) as markers. The regression line through those data is given by \(-0.668x+2845\), where \(x\) is the year of the average. Plot that on the same axis with the average data. Enlarge the axis labels and include a legend to produce a plot similar to the following.
