# Python ICE 5

Write a Python function to evaluate \[ s_N=\sum_{n=0}^N \frac{(-1)^{n}x^{2n}}{2n!}. \] You should not use Sympy for this - just Numpy. Obviously it will take two arguments, and return one output. It should handle array arguments for \(x\) and the output, so we can plot results.

The "final exam" for this course will take place
at 8:00 AM on Tuesday, 12 December. This will be an ordinary
50 minute test. It will be comprehensive, but weighted toward
the latter half of the semester. As always, paper notes will
be permitted, but no electronic devices will be allowed.
