Panel - restore it

1. Right click on the panel bar
2. Click on "Add new panel"
3. Click either Edge panel or Corner panel. The new panel appears on an edge or in a corner. Now add the launcher to it.

NOTE: To remove a panel, right-click on it and select "Remove this panel."
