Write a Python function to evaluate \[ s_N=\sum_{n=0}^N \frac{(-1)^{n}x^{2n}}{2n!}. \] You should not use Sympy for this - just Numpy. Obviously it will take two arguments, and return one output. It should handle array arguments for \(x\) and the output, so we can plot results.

Assignment 6 is posted.

The midterm exam will take place Monday, 16 October. As with all
exams, all paper notes may be used, but no electronic devices
are permitted. There is a sample exam
available.
