Enabling Java and JavaScript for Netscape 3.x
  1. Select Options - Network Preferences.

  2. Select the Languages tab.

  3. Check Enable JavaScript.

  4. Check Enable Java.

Note: if the option to "Check Enable JavaScript" and/or "Check Enable Java" are grayed out, then your browser (and/or computer) is a 16-bit version that will not run higher bit applications like Java. It is possible that you may be able to run Java and/or JavaScript if you download a more current version browser:

     

It is also possible that you may require a newer computer to be able to run Java and/or JavaScript.
