Enabling Java and JavaScript for Internet Explorer 4.x

There are 10 instructions on this page. Select View - Internet Options. Select the Security tab. Click on the Custom radio button. Click on the Settings... button. In the Security Settings window, scroll down to the Scripting section. Click on the Enable radio button in the Scripting of Java Applets section. Click on the Enable radio button in the Active Scripting section. Back in the Internet Options window, select the Advanced tab. Check Enable Java JIT compiler. Check Enable Java logging.
