Abstract: Several questions have come up about anything from properties of the generalized eigenspace of a matrix, to "conjugates" over fields other than the real numbers. For this Monday and next, I will try to answer some of these questions and give an overview of both the Jordan Canonical form and the rational canonical form.

Various disciplines dealing with spatial relationships and reasoning will be examined. We will discuss what spatial reasoning is and how to improve students' spatial reasoning.
